As an Account Manager with The Ray Insurance Group you're expected to be proficient with the following items as you work independently to maintain and grow our client base.

• Assist clients with insurance policy questions, servicing requests, and problem resolution.
• Review and monitor renewals, claims, applications, and support agency initiatives to support ongoing
business.
• Prepare and process documents such as policies, renewals, claims, applications, changes,
endorsements to ensure accuracy, prevention of errors and omissions
• Maintain and follow Agency procedures for customer files within Agency management software
• Contact insurance carriers to coordinate processing claims and gathering necessary documentation to
work through difficult claim situations
• Independently manage policy renewals and resolve customer issues through risk assessment or
remarket
• Work independently to complete new sales opportunities generated by existing book or other new
client channels
